just so you know in israel there’s a nickname for people who became vegan after watching your lecture (and there are quite a few of them): ‘tivogary’. ‘tivo’ comes from ‘tivoni’ which is vegan in hebrew. that’s why we are all so thankful and gratefull for everything you`ve done and are still doing. you re really amazing!

Did you know that you are being projected in a loop video in the Tel Aviv protest site? and the responses are awesome. people are watching the lecture in hundreds. now is the best time to do that as you probably follow the news and know about the protest wave. people’s awareness is rising.

the video of the Georgia Tech speech is what gave me the final push to *officially* go vegan. Thank you so much for that, and even more so for all that you do for animals. You are truly an inspiration and a hero! I am spreading the word and sharing the video as much as possible.”

I am 29 years old from Israel. I was a vegetarian for years until I saw your lecture. Now I am vegan. I am very proud of what you do and want to tell you that a lot is happening in our country thanks to you. Continue on your so successful way, may our world be blessed by more people like you.

You’ve became a legend here in Israel. You affect so many people that it’s almost surreal. I see people around me – like in the end of days – turning from meat-eaters to vegans in one day, and embrace the ideas. Your place in the pages of history of ethical evolution of mankind is already secured!

I am from Israel. My little sister is a vegan for almost 6 month now. she sent me a link to your speech. I enjoyed every moment of it, and even watched it again right away. All the things that you said there, it’s all so true!! Ever since, I became a vegan and I feel so much better! Morally and physically! I Just wanted to say, thank you for opening my eyes, and mostly thank you for changing my life!

I live in northern Israel. I have a wife and 3 kids. I was a vegetarian for more than 20 years, and I thought that I was OK for not harming the animals. Then I saw your lecture 3 months ago, and I understood what I had to do, so now I am Vegan. I sent  your lecture to a friend of mine who was always mocking me for not eating meat. now he is vegan and his wife is vegetarian. I also sent the lecture to my brother who was vegetarian, but started eating meat because of his girlfriend. now my brother, his girlfriend and her mother are vegetarian. I also sent this link to many others, such as my wife – who sadly still refuses to watch your lecture, or read any of the articles that I give her. I just want to thank you for opening my eyes. this personal revolution that I made is something that I’ll never forget!

Your speech has completely changed my habits. I agree with everything you say. I really hope it will touch others too. The way I see it, human suffering is no less than animal suffering. The fact that billions are being slaughtered and tortured everyday is terrible. It is somewhat human nature to ignore things they do not encounter in their everyday life. I find it truly amazing how blind people can be. Every day I see people who are willing to give a great sacrifice for their own dog, but they give nothing to the animals they eat. Just the thought of what is happening to the animals in slaughterhouse while I am typing this is making me sick. I am now barely 16 and I really hope I will be able to make a difference once I get older.  it is sad there aren’t enough people like you.

I’m from Israel. I became a vegan a few months back after watching your lecture at Georgia Tech. I would like you to know that your lecture has been playing on a big screen at one of the busiest avenues in Tel Aviv and surely changed peoples lives or at least rose their level of awareness. I personally know four other people who watched it and turned vegan.

I’ve been flirting with veganism for 3 years. 3 years ago I stop eating meat, but I still consumed milk and eggs. I’ve just seen one of your lectures on YouTube and let me just tell you: thank you. I guess I was forever trying to come up with an excuse for eating cheese. And now I have none. And more than a lack of excuse, I’m totally repulsed by that cow’s treatment in the end of the lecture.  Unfortunately I live in Brazil and we don’t have almost any kind of faux meat or milk or cheese. I’m not a big fan of tofu as cheese, so I may stop eating cheese for a while, but I don’t really care right now. I’m still in shock by what I’ve seen. No taste in the world is worth that animal suffering.
Today is my birthday and I’ve been asking for my friends to watch your lecture as a gift. They don’t have to tell me they watched it. They don’t have to comment or discuss it with me. They don’t even have to let me know they read my request. If they watch it, that will be enough. And it may take a while, but they’ll change. I have no idea who you are or what your history is. But I’m deeply thankful for what you have done to me. Thank you.

i live in israel in a small vilage. Ever since I can remember, I’ve loved animals. Or at least I thought I did. I have lived my life in the wrong way, regretfully. Thank you for your speech. You have changed my life, my whole point of view. I wish your way will lead us to a different future.

I wanted to thank you a lot for your lecture and in generally, for what you do for the animals. I’ve veganized so many people using your lecture, and I recommend it to any animal-eater I talk to. you’ve really had a great impact on people in Israel, and your lecture has gained huge popularity and is now being screened every day in an area for social justice. I also owe you a special thanks personally. The reason that I’ve become an activist is because of your lecture. I intend to dedicate my life for the cause thanks to you. That was really the best speech I’ve ever heard.
